Entec appoints director in contaminated land

Environmental and engineering consultancy Entec UK Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Phil Crowcroft as Director, Contaminated Land. Phil will be aiming to build on the growth already achieved in Entec's successful Contaminated Land and Regeneration business, and will be based in the company's Shrewsbury office.

The Contaminated Land team operates across a broad client base and is currently managing major investigation and remediation programmes for Defence Estates, Lattice Properties, National Grid and the Environment Agency, in addition to projects across the commercial, industrial and property development sectors.

Dr Ian Fletcher, previously in the role, has assumed wider responsibilities for Entec's Water, Waste and Contaminated Land business group.

Prior to joining Entec, Phil was National Land Policy Manager for the Environment Agency, responsible for contaminated land policy in the Agency.
