James Hall leads Entec's sector and business development for property across the UK. He is a director with 15 years relevant experience split equally between the public and private sectors. He understands the challenges facing clients in this sector and the constant changes in policy and practice. His own specialism is in planning & regeneration and progressing major mixed use development proposals through to development platform. James is co-ordinating regional consultant teams to present and deliver a diverse range of services to our clients, often through panels or frameworks.
