New Director Joins Entec

Entec UK has appointed Sammy Spaine as an Associate Director based in Northwich. Sammy joins Entec from Faber Maunsell where he was a Regional Director. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in drainage and wastewater engineering and project management.
Entec recently qualified as a Framework Consultant to both the North West Development Agency and English Partnerships providing various aspects of engineering services. Working within Entec’s national and regional regeneration teams, Sammy will be responsible for the development of these accounts and new business relationships with housing developers and civil engineering contractors in the North West region.
Maurice Brown, Director at Entec said: “We are delighted that Sammy has chosen to join our multi-disciplinary team based in the North West. We are confident that he will create and lead the delivery of new business which will form part of our exciting growth plans.” The services offered by Entec under the framework include flood risk assessments, archaeological assessments, transport assessments, environmental impact assessments and stakeholder consultation amongst other more mainstream planning services.
