Technical director joins Entec's engineering team

Entec has appointed Colin Lynas as Technical Director based in the Newcastle upon Tyne office. He will be involved with business development in property and regeneration for both the public and private sectors. He will also be responsible for delivering a range of activities in the North East, Yorkshire and Scotland regions.
Colin has over 30 years experience in land reclamation, urban regeneration and infrastructure design, and providing engineering services to the property development sector.
This experience included 10 years, from inception to completion, providing consultancy services and project management on the former Teesside Development Corporation's flagship Teesdale Urban Regeneration Project. This 100 hectare development of industrial wasteland, which included the construction of the Tees Barrage, is now the thriving business centre of Teesside.
