Continued growth as Entec opens Cardiff office

Environmental and engineering consultancy Entec has opened its first office in Wales. The office, located in Cardiff city centre, will take the number of Entec’s UK offices to fourteen.

This move is part of Entec’s long-term organic growth strategy which has seen turnover grow from £30m in 2001 to £51m in the year ending March 2007. Strong local workloads and future prospects have led to the decision to expand office capacity alongside continued staff growth in existing offices across the country.

Commenting on the new office, Simon Armes-Reardon, Entec’s Managing Director added: “Building on the offices opened in Cambridge and Manchester in 2007, adding a presence in Cardiff will enable closer ties with existing clients in Wales to support increasing local workloads, while providing opportunities to develop fruitful new client relationships and recruit the best people.”
