Entec is expanding its transportation capability to provide resources to projects with transportation and traffic elements such as environmental impact assessments (EIA), transport assessments (TA) and development planning projects.
A recent example of the team’s expanding track record is the award of a call-off commission by Powergen Renewables Developments Limited. Entec will provide access and transportation advice for potential onshore wind farm sites. Each access study will consider the delivery of turbine equipment, on-site works and associated traffic generations.
The team is managed by Andrew Archer, a Chartered Transportation Planner with over 10 years’ experience in the local authority and consultancy arenas, who has worked on projects ranging from transportation and environmental impact assessments for private sector developments through to major transportation studies for urban centres.
