Customers Show Their Delight

Every project Entec undertakes is subject to our customer feedback process, ensuring that the views of our customers are heard within the company. On an annual basis, we measure these results and share them with our clients as a means of gauging our ongoing customer services performance.

After a highly successful final last quarter, for the second year in succession Entec has managed to maintain the performance level of ‘cosmic delight’ with an overall score per form of 8.35 (we set ‘cosmic delight’ at 8.33 out of 10). This is based on the new April to March financial year 2004/05 rather than the January to December calculation of previous years.

The final quarter of the 2004/05 financial year saw 80 customer feedback forms returned and a customer satisfaction score of 8.51. This was the best quarter of the financial year and means that a rating of ‘cosmic delight’ has been restored following six months of ‘very happy’.

The success of the financial year has been shown in our performance rating, managing to delight 34% of all customers and make a further 60% of customers very happy. We have also managed to go through the whole financial year without leaving a single customer feeling unhappy.
