Responsible Reporting with the Standard Chartered Bank
Entec has been appointed by Standard Chartered Bank to be their Corporate Responsibility Advisor for the next 3 years. Entec will provide consultancy in relation to the production, content and strategic direction for their corporate responsibility reporting and provide external counsel and advice, notably in relation to matters under the consideration of Standard Chartered PLC’s Corporate Responsibility and Community Committee.
Entec’s initial focus is to talk to key stakeholders of the bank to gain feedback on its existing programme, help develop its approach to corporate responsibility reporting (including content development) and methods to improve understanding of corporate responsibility internally.
Project Director Maurice Hoban said, “It is exciting to be able to continue to work with Standard Chartered Bank. In a very short time the group has become recognised as a leader in corporate responsibility, and there is still a lot of exciting work to do as the bank continues implementing programmes on key issues such as diversity, climate change, responsible selling and risk in lending.”
