Within the forests surrounding Kielder reservoir, corporate teams massed from the four corners of the UK to battle it out yet again in the 17th Annual Kielder Challenge. Armed with rope, wooden planks and scaffold poles, the teams negotiated their way through a series of mind bending Crystal Maze type puzzles on the Saturday, spent the night under the stars, then competed in a 4 hour orienteering exercise the following day.
In our 15th year of competing in the team building event, Entec entered three
randomly selected mixed teams, entitled 'Blood', 'Sweat' and 'Tears'. All three
teams performed well, entering with the attitude that everyone did their best
but most importantly enjoyed themselves, and achieved very respectable finishes
of 15th, 58th, and 92nd. Thanks go to Nigel Crowe for organising and managing
