Entec is holding the launch of the new Bristol office onboard the ss Great Britain on Wednesday evening, 24 March.
The famous steam ship was picked as an ideal setting for the event and guests will enjoy a full tour of the ship, a presentation on its renovation, and drinks and canapés in the newly refurbished First Class Dining Saloon. To support the ongoing restoration of the ship, Entec will also pay one year’s membership of the ss Great Britain Trust for all those guests who wish to join, allowing them a year’s free access to the ship and a number of other benefits.
Speaking at the event will be Dr Chris West from the UK Climate Impacts Programme, who will deliver a presentation on Climate Change Impacts and Adaptation. Simon Armes-Reardon, Entec’s Managing Director, will provide the introductory welcome speech.
The Bristol office was opened in October last year to
better serve existing clients in that area, in particular the Environment Agency,
with whom Entec has a number of ongoing framework agreements. In addition, in
the medium to long term, it will become the centre for expanding the customer
base in the south-west.
