Francis Crozier is the director with responsibility for Entec's waste management services. He is a chartered waste manager with over 19 years' experience in waste and mineral developments. He has managed planning applications, environmental assessments, WML & PPC applications and has experience as expert witness at public inquiry. Projects have included composting, MRFs, transfer stations, landfill, gasification and incineration developments. He has also been involved in producing guidance on landfill gas management and PPC permitting for the landfill sector on behalf of the Environment Agency.
